The concept behind the idea is to give the feeling of sitting under a tree looking through the treecrown. At the same time we wanted to connect it to the restaurant. This we did by building an abstraction af a tree with text in two layers using the double glassed windows. The content of the text is memories and sayings concerning food. The size of the window is about 20 m2.
